My name is Jennifer Diamond. My family and friends call me Jenny.  You can, too, if you'd like.

For over fifteen years I've trained and worked in the field of mental health. I've provided psychotherapy in private practice, community clinics, hospitals, and schools.

My clients are of all ages, genders, and ethnicities.

I love that I get to do this work.

And I'm looking forward to meeting you.

~ How I can support you:

Maybe you’re feeling sad, overwhelmed, or anxious. You want to become kinder to yourself. You want to feel more ease.

Maybe you’re going through a transition in your life and would like to gain clarity along the way.

Maybe you have a chronic illness or pain. You’d like to create tools for coping on hard days. You’d like to feel believed and understood.

The foundation of my work is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, also known as ACT, and my background is in attachment research.

I’m trained in multiple evidence-based practices, and we can find what works best for you.

“I wish I could show you

when you are lonely or in darkness

the astonishing light of your own being.”
